OPzV battery series( tubular GEL battery) are newly developed tubular positive plates with fumed gelled electrolyte, Performances meet & exceed the standards specified in DIN 40742,and with very long design life and very high deep cycling capabilities. This type battery is recommended for telecom outdoor applications, renewable energy systems and other harsh environment applications.
 
Voltage covers: 2V   Capacity: From 200Ah to 3000Ah
Designed floating service life:  20 years for capacity 200Ah to 3000Ah @ 20 ¡ãC/68 ¡ãF

Features
 
The battery electrolyte contains fumed silica and there is no flow, no leakage or non-gradation of sulfuric acid. The battery can be put horizontally or vertically. There is no risk of leakage during the utilization and transportation, and it's safe and Reliable.

The gel electrolyte is in dilute sol state when being injected. Excessive electrolyte can fill in extra space inside battery.
 
When under high-temperature and overcharge situations, the battery will not dry out. The gel battery has large heat capacity and good radiation performance. It is not easy to appear thermal runaway. The battery can work under severe environment.

The positive plate is tubular shape plate, which can effectively prevent active material extracting from positive plate. The positive plate skeleton is made of Pb-Ca alloy through die cast, and the thin and compact crystal grains of alloy ensure good performance of
corrosion proof.
 
The negative plate is pasted plate, and the grid is in radial structure, which is favorable for improving the utilization rate of active materials and is favorable for discharging at large current. Pb-Ca alloy is adopted and the voltage of hydrogen evolution is high. Unique lead paste formula enables perfect recovery performance of battery recharging after deep discharging. The battery has strong cycle and duration performance, sufficient capacity and long life.

The separator has high porosity and low resistance, and the internal resistance of battery is low.
Adopt imported safety valve. The open and close valve has constant pressure and the reliability is high, which can prevent case swelling, breaking and electrolyte dry out.
 
The terminal is compounding type with inlaid lead copper core. It is processed through die cast and is sealed with imported resin and by imported special equipment. Due to its unique sealed structure of terminal, the seal between case and lid of
battery and metal battery terminal is not the direct agglutination between sealant and metal surface, instead, it is the agglutination with the protective sleeve of organic materials and terminal, which makes the seal reliable.
 
The closed connection soft thread of terminal post can effectively prevent short circuit due to accidents or avoid risk of suffering from electric shock.
